How to Flag a Review on Google Maps

You can flag a review directly from Google Maps in under a minute.

On a phone

• Open Google Maps and find your business.
• Tap the Reviews tab and find the review.
• Tap the three-dot menu next to it and choose the option to report.
• Select the reason that best matches the violation.

On desktop

Search for your business on Google or Maps, open the reviews, click the three dots next to the review, and choose to report it.

Pick the right reason

The category you choose determines how the report is judged. Match it to the specific policy the review breaks.

Track the result

Use the review management tool in your Business Profile to check the status and appeal if needed.
